an instrument of grace
everything that slows us down and forces patience, everything that sets us back into the slow circles of nature, is a help. gardening is an instrument of grace.

Lovely image and May Sarton quote. Which book is it from? I will enjoy revisiting this image over the day.
kj - thank you! they are actually two different quotes, but both seemed to go with these images. i tried to find which of her books they came from, but to no avail, yet. in my creative process, image tends to come first...but with a hint of what they're about...then the search for words begins; often leading me to discover authors i've not yet read. like hitting a rich vein in the goldmine.
wow, never would have guessed that was the source image
kel, i get surprised all the time by where these mandalas end up - that's part of the joy of the process for me. :-)
So glad you shared your link Stacy! Beautiful.
I've included you in my blog list so I can immerse myself every time you share one of your amazing creations.
